The buyer creates an order with a title, description, quantity, unit price, product link, images, and delivery city. After validation by Zwinoo moderators, the request is shown to travelers whose route, available luggage space, and delivery radius are compatible.

For the buyer

Find products unavailable locally and compare applications based on requested price, arrival date, and route relevance. You freely choose the traveler that suits you.

For the traveler

Turn an already planned trip into an income opportunity. Browse orders compatible with your trip, apply, set your compensation, and get confirmed only when funds are secured.

Complete order creation

Title, description, quantity, unit price, product link, visuals, delivery city, and travel radius: everything is designed to publish a request that can be processed quickly.

Traveler applications

The traveler can browse orders, decline them, or apply with the amount they want to earn for bringing them. The buyer then receives notifications and chooses according to priorities.

Detailed tracking and real-time notifications

From the initial validation to the purchase and then to the final handoff, every step has a visible status in the app. Both parties stay informed in real time.

Proof of purchase and coordination

After purchase, the traveler declares the product purchase, adds the receipt, and can attach photos. Contact details are then exchanged to make handoff planning easier.

Easy comparison

The buyer sees the product cost, traveler compensation, Zwinoo fees, and any promo codes.

Useful limits

Up to 10 simultaneous orders per buyer and 10 registered trips per traveler to keep the experience clear and manageable.
